How do I book a class?

All bookings go through our customer portal. Click here to be redirected to the portal where you will be able to create your profile and then be able to enroll in and pay for classes online.

Do I Need to have a tennis racket?

Not at all, we can provide one for you during the lesson free of charge.

What if it rains?

Sadly we cannot play tennis in wet weather conditions due to safety reasons. If a class has to be cancelled due to rain, we will alert you of the cancellation via customer portal or a text within 60-45 minutes of your class commencing.
If your class gets cancelled due to rain we will arrange make-up session at the endof each season.

If your class is cancelled more than once due to weather, you will be able to use the credit to come to any other class throughout the week until the sessions have been caught up. (No refunds will be given due to wet weather)

If I miss sessions, can I get a refund?

 Only for medical reasons (medical certificate required)

Please understand that we are a small business and we have to run our tennis classes regardless if you attend your group class or not. In many classes we have a wait list and by booking into a class you are keeping someone from joining the group who would be able to pay a full term.

We also must pay staff, court hire and other expenses.
 

We do not want you to miss out on any sessions, so we do offer that you can come to other session through the week to make up the classes missed (coordinate with coaches to see what class fits your level the best) however we cannot offer any refunds for absences. 

I would love to play on my local courts but you don’t coach here?
